Tracy joined the Crux Wealth Advisor team in 2021 as a Client Service Associate at our Denver, CO office. However, she has been a crucial team member since 2017, when she began working with financial advisors Ryan Murphy and Nicole May (2019).
In her role, Tracy provides critical support to the team, including prioritizing tasks and duties to maintain an organized, efficient office through established processes to support growth within the practice. She also assists with client onboarding, coordinates client events, and provides general operational support, among many other duties.
Our clients also know Tracy for her positive attitude, caring nature, reliability, and superior customer service. Helping others has always been her top priority. She considers herself fortunate to work in a career where she can support and motivate our clients on their path to establish financial stability because the operations that occur behind the scenes are crucial to our clients’ and advisors’ success. Tracy’s expertise in customer service and procedures allows us to consistently provide valuable and meaningful experiences for our clients.
After attending Metropolitan State College of Denver and earning a degree in business, Tracy’s career launched in 2009 at MetLife/Mass Mutual as a Personal Assistant. There, she spent seven years developing an essential understanding of the financial and banking industry but realized her passion was centered around helping others reach their financial goals. She later transitioned to a Client Service Associate position with Ameriprise Financial. She brought extensive skills, knowledge, and excitement to the industry before joining Crux, bringing a heightened passion and expertise to our team.
I thrive from keeping an active lifestyle, both in and out of the office. When I’m not in the office, you can often find me focusing on my health. I love Pure Barre and attend class five days a week, but I also enjoy getting outside as much as I can to go for a walk, hike, or climb inclines around town.
We live in such a beautiful part of the country with so much to offer, and I always enjoy trying new coffee shops and restaurants around Denver. Traveling is essential to me, so when I can escape a little further from home, I think it’s vital to focus on creating new memories and exploring new places.
Most importantly, I savor each moment with my family and my dogs. I love spending lots of quality time with them. I have three grown children, Zaak, Riley, and Brody, whom I am so proud of! I consider myself fortunate to have a career I am passionate about and a fantastic support system. I’m driven to work hard to provide for them, and they continually inspire me to do my best.
